    Significant cost savings and productivity gains drive rapid take-up of platform
    New Keyworker module, developed with Seren Group, unveiled at show

    London, Olympia: Leading IT provider to the Social Housing and Care sector, Central Networks, will be offering live demonstrations of PanConnect, the ground breaking mobile working and tenant access platform, at Homes 2015 [London Olympia, 18-19 November, Stand H29]. PanConnect has been developed in conjunction with HAs such as RCT Homes and United Welsh to provide an effective turn-key solution for staff and tenants alike. It delivers effective mobile working for staff and true digital engagement for tenants whilst delivering quantifiable, and significant, financial and reputational benefits from day one.

    Developed by Housing insight, PanConnect offers three service strands that together provide a compelling mobile solution. Compatible on the Android and IoS platforms, PanConnect integrates with all Housing Management Systems, empowering mobile working operatives in the field. Offering secure off-line working, addressing one of the most common issues with mobile working, it provides locally cached location and tenant information, role based tasks, multiple form options including an admin form creation tool – all with write back to head office systems – as well as digital signature and time stamping on documentation.

    Turning tenants into customers, the Tenant portal and Tenant App empower tenants to manage profiles online, to review account statement and make payments and to report, with picture and video content, repair requirements. Task driven engagement is triggered by log in alerts and notices that can require an action – or serve as a reminder.
    RCT Homes has seen significant productivity efficiencies through the deployment of PanConnect leading to an estimated saving of £250,000, equivalent to seven Full Time Equivalents with all customers looking at deploying further modules. Reflecting the PanConnect roadmap and customer focus, Solas, part of Seren Group, has worked hand in hand with Housing Insight to develop a new Key Worker module for those dealing with the vulnerable, homeless or at risk of being homeless.
