Business development:
• Generate and qualify new leads
• Maintain a CRM with up-to-date information
• Assist in formulating new client acquisition strategies
• Ensure new leads are followed up in a professional and timely manner
• Build and generate your client base
Account management:
• Manage a portfolio of clients with in-depth knowledge of their specific needs and business
• Maintain strong relationships with your clients through monthly account meetings
Key deliverables:
• Demonstrating a pipeline of client leads on a monthly basis
• Growing client accounts through relationships
• Achieving financial and new customer targets
